"Call them to get a quote on homeowners insurance and explain to them that I only want homeowners insurance. She kept trying to sell me auto insurance as well so I told her to stop and that I don't want it. Said it calmly and she accused me of getting upset because she got emotional because I wasn't trying to buy the extra insurance. And then she cussed me out and hung up on me I think her name was Tommy or Tanya or something like that. Extremely unprofessional woman. Because I didn't want to buy the auto insurance and I kept expressly telling her that I don't want to and to stop wasting my time with it she got nasty with me and then hung up on me. Very emotional woman very unprofessional"
