When I needed to file a claim for an accident with a different insurance company, Thomi went above and beyond with my claim and made sure she updated me step by step when it came to dealing with the other persons insurance. It was all resolved fairly quickly as well. I have never experienced any issues with Thomi and Pat. Don’t believe all the reviews from people who write them out of frustration and to be spiteful!"

"Thomi is the WORST insurance individual I’ve dealt with in my experience of driving over a decade. I called on a Friday (5/24/24) to rectify an issue brought to my attention that they needed my picture ID or my insurance would be cancelled. She assured me she would take care of everything if I sent her the picture after the holiday when she returned on Tuesday. At that time I assumed she would be competent enough to do her job. It turns out that she did not upload it after I sent it and my insurance lapsed. When I called her on the phone today, (6/24/24) with my POA on the line as well, she tried to cover her tracks by stating it was also from a payment issue, even though I had been enrolled in autopay. She also stated she never received the picture, though I have proof it delivered. The conversation made no progress, as she made snarky comments in an aggressive and elevated tone, and I decided to switch to the office in Sharon. It should be noted she said her office was not reachable in person today and they were all at home even though it only states remote hours on Friday. Upon my arrival to the other office today, it was clarified that there were no payment issues with an underwriter on the phone at the Sharon location. The next time this office makes an error, as we are humans and it is bound to happen, I suggest you be honest with customers instead of having a hostile attitude and digging a deeper hole by lying. If she had of been honest I would still be a customer at that location. For other parties reading this interested in decency and professionalism for their insurance needs, I do NOT recommend business via Thomi."
