I felt confident enough to ask her if I was getting a good rate with my other insurance for the home and she stepped out of her way to help explain every part of it then of course show we they offered. Their rates were way better with no surprise payments after a year and more coverage for the same prices I was getting elsewhere for less. Now we will be closing on our house soon and because of Thomi and State Farm I don’t need to worry about and future accidents that could happen with the house. Thank you all :)"

She kept trying to sell me auto insurance as well so I told her to stop and that I don't want it. Said it calmly and she accused me of getting upset because she got emotional because I wasn't trying to buy the extra insurance. And then she cussed me out and hung up on me I think her name was Tommy or Tanya or something like that. Extremely unprofessional woman. Because I didn't want to buy the auto insurance and I kept expressly telling her that I don't want to and to stop wasting my time with it she got nasty with me and then hung up on me. Very emotional woman very unprofessional"
