When I needed to file a claim for an accident with a different insurance company, Thomi went above and beyond with my claim and made sure she updated me step by step when it came to dealing with the other persons insurance. It was all resolved fairly quickly as well. I have never experienced any issues with Thomi and Pat. Don’t believe all the reviews from people who write them out of frustration and to be spiteful!"
